Life is a continuous journey. Each of our lives is like an individual book with many chapters. Welcome to chapter 54 of my book! The path to the finish line isn't straight, it has many curves and bends with deep ditches and high mountaintops. Some days the view is beautiful while others they are dark and dreary. We all know that nothing lasts forever, so enjoy the highs and don't get stuck in the lows.
We all have more in common than we think and sharing with others has always been easy for me. I have learned so much from others and often felt like I'm not alone when I see others going through similar things. We are each unique and we are a gift to this world. If you have the gift of a beautiful voice or the gift of dance, share those gifts with others. I'm discovering that my gift is sharing from my heart through my writing. You never know what it is someone needs to hear...so I share a big piece of myself in hopes that I'm touching those who might need to hear what I have to say.
My hope is that you will find some inspiration as I continue to share my journey with you.

johnny & june

Johnny is the name of my black Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Johnny (Cash) was known as the man in black, so I thought the name was fitting, and who doesn't love a little Johnny in their life?...somewhere between Jesus and Jail.
I couldn't have a Johnny without a June, so my newest little travel trailer, a 1954 Comet, has been lovingly named June. Johnny brings out my strength and independence, June brings out my love of life with a little toughness and "girliness" all wrapped up in one complete package.
